A gentle, light-bodied coffee featuring a vibrant aftertaste. Flavor notes include blueberry and toasted caramel.
Monsooned Malabar: This unique Indian coffee was serendipitously discovered, much like many remarkable things! During the British transport of coffee from India to Britain aboard wooden vessels, the unprocessed coffee beans were subjected to the south-west monsoon for more than three months. This prolonged exposure allowed the beans to absorb excess moisture, causing them to swell to twice their usual size, which altered their inherent flavor profile. ?Mishta? has been crafted using the perfect ?goldilocks? ratio of Monsooned Malabar.
The fourth-generation Roastmaster legacy of Dante Cagliari guarantees that each blend is, in essence, “beautiful”!
