RECIPE: MATTAR PANEER
In 1 tablespoon of oil, lightly saut 1 chopped onion, 2 green chilies, 2 cloves of garlic, 5 cashews, 1 tablespoon of poppy seeds, 1 teaspoon of cumin, 1 teaspoon of Everest Kasuri Methi, and 1 inch of ginger. Add cup of water, let it sit for 30 minutes, then blend into a smooth paste. Saut the paste in 3 tablespoons of ghee for 3 minutes. Incorporate 2 pureed tomatoes, 1 teaspoon of chili powder, teaspoon of Everest Turmeric Powder, and 2 teaspoons of Everest Kitchen King. Stir in 1 cup of boiled peas and cook until the ghee separates. Finally, add cup of water and 250 grams of fried paneer, cooking for an additional 5 minutes.
