Bhringrajasava is a multi-herb Ayurvedic formulation that includes Bhringraj Ras (Eclipta alba), Chaturjaat, Haritaki, Pippali, Jatiphala, and Jaggery. The Chaturjat Churna is created by combining Dalchini (the bark of Cinnamomum zeylanicum), Ela (seeds of Elettaria cardamomum), Tejpatta (leaves of Cinnamomum tamala), and Nagkesar (flowers of Mesua ferrea). Traditionally, Chaturjat is recommended to enhance appetite, support digestion, and treat liver and kidney ailments. It possesses qualities that are Ruksha (dry), Tikshna (sharp), Laghu (light), and Ushna (hot).
