Ingredients:
Ragi (finger millet), Jowar (sorghum), Foxtail millet, Moong dal (split green gram), Bengal gram, Brown rice, Almond flour, Cardamom powder, Added vitamins and minerals.

Directions for Use:
1. Pour half a cup of water or milk into a saucepan.
2. Add three level tablespoons (30 grams) of Sathu Maavu mix.
3. Stir thoroughly to ensure there are no lumps.
4. Cook over medium heat for 3-5 minutes, stirring constantly to prevent lumps from forming.
5. Allow to cool to room temperature before serving.

Storage Instructions:
After opening, transfer the mix to an airtight container. Store in a cool, dry place or refrigerate.
